What does an ECAS solenoid valve do?

An ECAS solenoid valve repair kit is a service set designed to renew the worn elements inside the solenoid valve blocks of an electronically controlled air suspension system, including O-rings, gaskets, diaphragms, the plunger, spring, and filter. Based on commands from the control unit, the valve block fills and vents the air bellows to keep chassis height constant; as sealing elements age, leaks, delayed level response, and sagging while parked start to appear.

This kit is compatible with Volvo models including FM13, FH16, and VNL series, as well as Renault Trucks such as Kerax and Magnum. It also serves Mack Pinnacle and Granite trucks. These components are designed to work within WABCO systems to maintain optimal suspension performance.
