Visit of University Students Affiliated with T3 Foundation to Vaden

The students affiliated with the T3 Foundation had the opportunity to observe Vaden’s production approach, work culture, and technical infrastructure in the heavy commercial vehicle spare parts sector on-site.

Throughout the visit, our production lines—primarily compressors, air brake systems, and clutch systems—were examined in detail. The students experienced how our engineering processes are planned, where our quality standards come into play, and how our product development cycles respond to the expectations of global markets.

As Vaden, transferring our work culture built on sustainable production, innovation-focused practices, and international quality standards to young people carries strategic importance for us. While technical knowledge was shared with T3 Foundation students, support was also provided for the development of the next-generation engineers who will contribute to Türkiye’s technology ecosystem.

This visit enabled young talents to gain deeper insight into the sector and experience Vaden’s production power and corporate structure first-hand. The information gained during the factory tour was reinforced with real field data in engineering, production management, quality control, and global supply chain topics.

Vaden will continue to collaborate with universities, foundations, and educational institutions in the upcoming periods, contributing to Türkiye’s technology- and industry-focused human resources.
