Evaluating the goals and plans for 2025, Vaden Otomotiv Chairman of the Board Seyit Acar stated that they will complete this year as well with investments. As part of international expansions,
Acar emphasized that they have completed warehouse and office investments in South Africa, South America, and Dubai. “We have great confidence in our products. Our brand is recognized globally and has proven itself with its quality. Our spare parts are used in all major heavy-duty vehicle brands on roads around the world, including Mercedes, Man, Scania, Daf, Volvo, Renault, Iveco, and American vehicles. We have built a strong aftermarket network.” he said.
Vaden Otomotiv Chairman of the Board Seyit Acar stated: “2025 will be a year of transformation for Vaden. With our new investments, we will increase our production capacity and achieve significant growth in exports. At the same time, we have initiated our public offering process. In 2025, we will go public. This step will contribute to the globalization of the company, institutionalization, increased credibility, acceleration of the digitalization process, and increased brand awareness both domestically and internationally. In summary, we will further strengthen our financial power and make more investments.”
Emphasizing that the product range and market size are increasing day by day, Acar stated:
“This year, our R&D budget will be 5% of our turnover. We attach great importance to research and development. Currently, nearly 100 engineers are working in our R&D center. We have reached 15,000 different products. This success is the result of our strong R&D investments.”
Acar added that they will continue to produce, export, and provide employment with pride, flying the Turkish flag in over 100 countries.
